On 29th September 2016, Skanray Healthcare Global private Limited, the international business arm of Skanray, signed definitive agreements with Cardia International A/S to invest and acquire a majority stake in the latter. The transaction is expected to be highly synergistic to both companies, with Cardia benefiting from the strong engineering team of Skanray aiding in the development and certification of new Cardiac Care devices, and Skanray harnessing the distribution network of Cardia which is already spread to over 80 countries.
